 Foundation Goals

• Encourage academic excellence in the Harvard Community School District by providing funding not available through traditional local, state, or federal sources.   
• Provide opportunities for teachers and staff to develop innovative projects through grants that support curriculum based programs and go “above and beyond” normal educational requirements.   
• Invest in programs that have a positive impact on student success.   
• Involve the community in assuring a quality education for the leaders and workers of tomorrow.
• Develop a network of former Harvard students to encourage their continued interest in and support of public education.
• Seek and cultivate private and corporate funding sources.
